My take away from the workshop is not to let my strengths fizzle. I always knew what my strengths were but my issue was maintaining them. Also, I put them up on my desk so I would not forget what my top 5 strengths are. I have realized that not everyone has the strengths that I do, and now having the domains for every employee will help me learn how to relate to them easier as well.
